How to choose a reusable pen injector
A reusable pen injector replaces the disposable pens most people start with. You load a standard 3 mL cartridge, dial the dose, and keep the pen itself for years. Three things separate one from another.
Capacity. Most reusable pens stop at 60 units per dose. The 80iu models — Falk, Ravn and Ulv — go to 80, which matters if your dose regularly sits above 60 and you would otherwise split it across two injections.
Body material. Aluminium pens such as the Sel and Ravn are heavier and cooler in the hand, and tend to survive being dropped on a bathroom floor. Reinforced polymer pens like the Hare, Bjørn and Falk are lighter to carry and quieter in a bag.
Dose dial. A dial with firm, audible clicks is easier to set without looking — the difference most people notice after a week of daily use.
Every pen here fits standard 3 mL cartridges and ships with a hard protective case. If you are unsure, pick the capacity you need first, then choose the body material you prefer to hold.
